Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head2 T butter or olive oil1 T Garlic Powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Cut cauliflower into small pieces and place in roasting pan. Pour melted butter overtop and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and stir well. Roast in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes until cauliflower is browned and fork tender.
