Port Tenderloin with baked apples

Ingredients
1.5 - 2 lb Pork Tenderloin (fat trimmed off)4 large Apples1/2 cup Welches White Grape Juice2 tsp Splenda1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Trim all fat from port tenderloin and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Peel an chop apples. Place tenderloin pieces and apples in a cooking bag. Combine grape juice, splenda and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir. Pour juice mixture over tenderloin and apples. Tie bag with a twisty tie and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Let cool and serve.
