Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Ingredients
2½ cups cold skim milk2 pkgs (1.5 oz each) sugar free vanilla pudding mix1 can (15 oz) solid pack pumpkin1 t cinnamon1/2 t ground ginger1/4 t ground cloves1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)Light frozen whipped topping and additional cinnamon, optional
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat for 1 min. Add pumpkin and spices; beat 1 min longer. Pour into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. If desired, garnish with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yields 8 servings.
