*Erawan Rice Paper (serve=5papers), .5 serving (remove)*Carrot (fresh), 20 gram(s) (remove)Margarine, hard, .5 tsp (remove)Ham, regular (11% fat), .5 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove)Rice Noodles, .2 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped (remove)*Zucchini (fresh) 1cup (124g), 0.2 serving (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 0.2 cup, shredded
grate the vegies
bring the rice noodles to boil in water, until soft
lay the rice papers in water to soften
place ham on centre of rice paper, and cover with vegies & cheese
fold over top and sides and roll
Bake in slow oven to melt cheese (10 min)
Can be served with sweet chilly sauce or mint sauce
