Pumkin Salsa Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin4 cups fat free chicken broth15 oz can of pumpkin1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)1 cup corn3/4 cup salsa
Directions
Spray pan with pam. Saute garlic and spices on medium heat for one minute.
Add broth, bring to simmer.
Add pumpkin, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil then simmer 10 minutes.

Makes about 5-6 servings (1 cup each)
