Elaine's Tofu Beef Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin1 block diced extra firm tofu1 onion4 cloves garlic1 24 oz can diced tomatoes1 8 oz can Bush's medium chili beans1 8 oz can kidney beans1 8 oz can black beans
Directions
dice onions/garlic/ tofu and brown in the bottom of a large pot. Add ground sirloin. Drain off excess fat and water.

Add all the beans and tomatoes. Stir frequently.
Add to taste garlic salt/cayenne pepper/ chili powder
Simmer approx 1 hour
