Nikki's Turkey Goulash

Ingredients
1 pkg Barillo Whole Wheat Penne Pasta1.5 lbs Ground Turkey1 med. onion chopped2 cloves garlic1 can rotel1 can diced tomatos1 can tomato soup1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cook and drain pasta
Brown turkey and remove from heat
Saute onions and garlic in Olive Oil until translucent
Add Turkey to onions and finish browning for two minutes to blend the flavors. Add Rotel, Diced Tomatos, and Tomato Soup with 1/2 can of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
