Ingredients
1/4 cup Less Sodium Soy Sauce1/4 cup Distilled White 4 cloves Garlic, crushed4 tsp Dijon Mustard2 tsp Ginger8 oz Pork Tenderlion
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add pork to mixture and marinate for minimum of 20 minutes. Cook pork either under the broiler or stir fry to your liking.
