Ingredients
2.5 cups hashbrowns or 2 pkgs of frozen hash brown patties1 can of cream of mushroom soup(can use healthy request)1/2 cup onions1/2 stick of melted butter2 8oz pkgs of shredded cheddar cheese(or any cheese you like - reduced fat works well)16oz container of reduced fat sour creamsalt and pepper for taste crushed cornflakes for crunch on topPreheat oven to 375 degreesMix all ingredients except potatoes and corn flakesLayer 9X13 with hashbrowns and then half of cheesy mix, then another layer of hashbrowns and then the rest of cheesy mix and top with crushed cornflakes
