Ingredients
* Elk Meat, 28.8 oz (remove) * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove) * Summer squash, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Crushed Tomatoes, canned, 425 gram(s) (remove) * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove) * Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Rosemary, dried, .6666 tbsp (remove) * Marjoram, dried, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Italian seasoning (3 Tbsp)
Directions
Brown ground elk meat, add squash, italian seasoning and garlic powder and simmer a few more minutes. Add all tomatoes and tomato sauce, mushrooms, rosemary and marjoram. Simmer 10 min. Season to taste, simmer until served.
