Sirloin Burgers

Ingredients
1/4 cup red onion, chopped1/2 lb ground lean sirloinsalt and pepper to tasteolive oil cooking spray4 tsp dijon mustard2 servings of your favorite cheese- this is not figured into the calories of this recipe.
Directions
Combine onion and meat in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form 2 patties. Set medium-size nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray. Cook burgers for 5 minutes. Turn and top each burger with a slice of cheese. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes or until done to your liking. Top cheese with mustard. Serve.
