baked ziti with veggies

Ingredients
box of pasta (tubes)1.5 jars of tomato saucesquashhead of broccolibunch (or bag) of spinach1 bell pepper(could also use zuccini, onion, or any other desired veggie)1 bag morningstar grillers or saugage style crumbles2 cups part-skim mozzarella
Directions
preheat oven to 350. cook the pasta, til al dente. put into baking or casserole dish, and top with vegetables, chopped. add fake meat crumbles, and pour jar of sauce over the top of veggies and pasta. bake until the veggies are tender. add more sauce if desired (can get dry while baking), then top with cheese and bake until melty!
