Veggie Chips

Ingredients
Fresh veggies (root veggies work best), olive oil, salt, oregano
Directions
Slice all veggies thin and place in a single layer on a non-stick sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle olive oil over veggies slices and sprinkle with salt and oregano. Put in oven at 200 degrees F for about 2 hours, rotating the pan once.
