rich herb and lemon chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless breasts sliced or flattened to 1/2''salt and pepper to tastegarlic powder2 tbls olive or grapeseed oil1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 c white wine1 c chicken broth1 tbls chopped fresh rosemary1 tbls thyme1/2 c lemon juice2 tbls lemon zest1/2 c milk1/4 c lite sour cream
Directions
heat pan, add oil
cook salt, peppered and garlic powder seasoned breast 2 min each side to get a nice golden brown.
remove to plate
place onion and garlic in pan and cook 3-4 minutes, pour wine and broth, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan.
WHISK in milk, sour cream, lemon juice, zest and herbs until well mixed.
place chicken back in pan and simmer for 60 min.
thicken sauce if needed with cornstarch
