Crockpot Chicken w/vegetables

Ingredients
4 chicken breast halvesCampbells Cheddar Cheese Soupmushrooms, canned - 4 oz., or fresh, slicedgreen beans, canned1/4 c. chopped or sliced onion2 stalks celery, chopped or sliced2 oz. diced ham or canadian bacon2 tsp. chicken bouillon1/4 c. parmesan cheese1 tsp. poultry seasoning1/4 c. water (I used mushroom juice)1 Tbsp. parsley1 Tbsp. flour
Directions
Layer ham, celery, onion, mushrooms,green beans, and water in the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken breast on top of vegetables. Mix flour, chicken bouillon, poultry seasoning, parsley, soup, and parmesan cheese. Spoon over top of chicken. Do not stir. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or on low 6-8 hours.
