Whole Wheat Baking Powder Biscuits

2 c whole wheat flour1 T baking powder1/2 t salt4 T margarine3/4 c soy milk
Preheat over to 450 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or fork to blend in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Add soy milk and stir until particles cling together. Turn out onto a floured bread board and knead for 1-2 minutes or until the dough is smooth. Adding more flour as needed.
Roll dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into rounds (drinking glass works), place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
