Ingredients
*Thai Tom Yum paste, 5 tbsp*Japanese Udon noodle, 2 servings (300 grams)Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1ltrChicken Breast, no skin, 300 grams diced1 cup halved button mushrooms*10 cherry tomatoes *Capsicum - Red Raw, 100 grams, cut into stripsGinger Root, 20 grams*Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 3 peppersFresh coriander for serving
Directions
heat stock, add ginger, chillies, and diced chicken.
cook till chicken is cooked through
added remaining ingredients and heat through
serve in warmed bowls with the coriander sprinkled on top
