Jessi's Tomato Rice

Ingredients
1 cup long-grain white rice2 cups chicken broth0.5 cup tomato sauce0.25 cup chopped onion2 garlic cloves3 Tbsp oil
Directions
Add oil, onions, and garlic to small saucepan and sautee over med-high heat until flagrant. Add rice and cook until golden, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-low. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork, replace lid and let sit for 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings (four 0.25 cup dry rice servings)
