* Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped * Broth, Chicken - Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Unsalted 3 cups * Small can of green chiles * Shrimp, raw, 10 medium * *Spinach and Feta Turkey Chicken Sausages (2) * Garlic, 2 clove * *H-E-B Easy Melt Light cheese spread, 3 oz Salt and Pepper to taste
Saute onions, carrots, and garlic. Add the Chicken feta spinach sausage by squeezing it out of it's casing. Saute until completely cooked. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. prepare shrimp by de-veining and de-shelling, and cut each into bite size pieces. (into about 3 pieces each) Add shrimp when broth is boiling, and add green chilies. Cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp is pink. In the mean time cut up 2 1 oz slices of easy melt light into cubes and add to soup. Stir until melted. Serve over Brown rice if you would like. (brown rice is not added into nutrition above) Enjoy! Makes 4 LARGE portions!
