Wegmans Rosemary Balsamic Marinated Whole Pork Tenderloin1/4 c. Laxmi Coconut Powder2 T. Wegman's Basting Oil3 T. Tropical Pepper Company Mango Coconut Sauce 1/5 c. Wegmans Panko White Bread Crumbs2 Scallions (green onions)
0. preheat oven to 450
1. slice scallions
2. in a small bowl mix scallions, basting oil, coconut mango sauce, and panko crumbs
3. line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray
4. sprinkle salt and pepper over pork loin on baking sheet
5. spread mixture over pork
6. bake for 15 minutes
7. turn heat down to 350
8. bake 15-18 minutes until internal temp reaches 145 degrees
9. let rest 5-10 minutes
