Okra, 500 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 200 grams (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Olive Oil, 100 grams (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 3 dash (remove)
i love okra
this is how i make it
even my 5 year old eats it
i buy a bag store brand of 500 grams of okra (4.00 euros)
2 medium onions chopped
2 garlic
200 grams tomatoes canned store brand ( 0.49 euros )
100 grams of olive oil ( free we have olive trees)
salt pepper
i put olive oil and okra in a big pot and stir fry for a while
the okra is right from fridge
after a while i add onions chopped and stir
after a few minutes i add tomatoes and garlic
keep stiring
then i add water salt pepper
and let boil for 30 minutes
when sauce is ready with okra i serve
i like eating this food with feta cheese
