1.5 c cooked barley2 c cooked rice1 diced Zuchini1 can (10 oz ) Companion Kung Pao Sauce
Add ingredients, heat and serve. You can saute the Zuchini or put in in raw, either way is fine. The Kung Pao Sauce has chinese vegetables chopped up in it- so it's not just sauce. Very satisfying and easy.
