Whole grain chicken garlic pizza

1 ultimate whole grain ready to bake pizzza crust by rustic crust1 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp olive oil4 tsp minced garlic (more or less to taste)1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size thinner pieces1/4 white onion, sliced into slivers3-4 slices of mushroom, broken into bite size pieces (pennsylvania dutchman fresh 'n clean pre sliced and clean package)1 cup Mexican blend finely shredded cheese (hyvee)1 cup Italian blend finely shredded cheese (hyvee)
Preheat oven 450 F
In a sauce pan heat canola oil and garlic. when hot add chicken and onion slivers.
brush crust with olive oil, add bite size pieces of mushroom evenly, add chicken/mushroom/garlic mix when chicken is done
add cheese, saving a little of both cheeses.
bake 8 minutes then add left over cheese.
broil with door open until cheese browns to liking
serves 4 - 2 slice servings.
