BBQ Chicken Salad for One

1 serving Baked Tostios (about 14 chips) crushed4 oz chicken, cubed2 Tbsp Kraft Original Light BBQ Sauce1/3 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese2 Tbsp light Ranch or Light Three Cheese Ranch salad dressing3 oz salad mix (iceberg lettuce with carrots and cabbage)
In a skillet brown cubed chicken in a small amount of vegetable oil. Once browned, drain and then place chicken back in skillet and add BBQ sauce. Bring to small boil, then reduce heat to low all while stiring occasionally. In a medium bowl layer crushed chips, salad mix, cheese, and then add chicken with BBQ sauce. Top with Ranch dressing and serve. Enjoy!
