Romaine and spinach with buttermilk dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk1 Tbsp mayonnaise1 anchovy fillet1/2 small garlic clove1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce3 cups (3oz) baby spinach2 hearts romaine chopped
Directions
In a blender, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, anchovy, garlic and worchersershire sauce; season with salt and pepper. Puree until dressing is smooth, about 20 seconds.

In a large bowl, toss romaine and baby spinach with dressing. Serves 6
