Ingredients
1 cup corn flakes crushed1 # chicken tenderloins6 tbsp shredded parmesan ( not powdered)4 tbsp light butter or margarine4 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine cornflakes parmesan cheese and dry salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in cornflake mixture. Place in Pam sprayed 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for or until done.
