White Turkey Chili

Ingredients
4 tsp canola oil1.5 cups chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped red pepper1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno1 garlic clove, minced3 cups chopped chicken or turkey breast2 cans white beans2 14oz cans chicken broth1 4oz can green chiles1 cup frozen corn1.5 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 cup skim milk1/2 cup chopped cilanrto
Directions
Heat oil in large dutch oven. Add onion, celery, red bell pepper, and garlic, and saute 5 min. Add turkey or chicken, beans, broth, and chiles, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 min.

Add milk, simmer uncovered for 20 min. Stir in cilantro

Serves 8 - 1 1/4 cups each.
