Frog Legs, Roadhouse Style

Ingredients
Frog Legs, Raw, 1 leg = 100 grams = 1 serving1 tbsp Flour1 clove fres garlic1 tbsp Unsalted butter1 wedge lemon juice
Directions
Melt butter & saute garlic. When butter is melted and garlic starts to soften, add frog leg and saute about 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Flip frog leg over and repeat. Make certain that the meat is white, not transparent. Serve and sqeeze lemon over frog leg. Can be served with tatar sauce (opt)
