3 small chicken breasts (100grams each)3 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta1 cup of salsa1/2 can of Cheddar Cheese soup
Directions
grill or fry chicken while pasta is cooking.
When pasta is cooked drain water and add soup salsa and chicken.
Separate into 3.
