Boil pasta and pan sear shrimp in skillet with pam and some Black pepper. Steam vegetables. Prepare sause in skillet by placing butter over medium heat. When butter melts and foams add flour and stir for 1 minute not letiing it brown, add milk and stir til it bubbles then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pepper, italian seasoning and grated parmesean cheese to sauce. When it thickens add vegetables, shrimp and pasta. Mix together and serve.
