Gluten Free Swiss Cheese, ham and noodle casserole

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Rice flour, brown, .12 cup Milk, 2%, 1 cup Swiss Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (or more to taste)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp or to taste (optional)*Pasta Joy Ready Brown Rice Pasta Elbow with Rice Bran, 8 oz *Beeler's Uncured Picnic Ham, 6 oz

Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 350

melt butter, stir in flour and then add milk and bring to a boil and boil one minute. This is a typical white sauce. Remove from heat, add cheese, then noodles, then ham that has been cut small. Pour into a 9x9 sprayed pan and put a little shredded swiss cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes until lightly brown.
