Ingredients
2 15oz cans of Black Beans4 Chicken Sausage Links chopped into bitesize pieces1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes1 6 oz can of tomato paste1/4 large onion diced1 cup sliced carrots1 medium chopped tomato1 cup chopped celery1 tsp. cayenne pepper1 tsp. crushed red peppers1 tsp. cumin1 tbsp. fresh or dried parsley1 tsp. fresh or dried cilantro2 cloves garlic mincedMakes 12 - 1 cup servingsNutritional Information per serving:Calories: 141Fat: 2 gramsCarbohydrates: 22 gramsFiber: 6 gramsProtein: 10 grams
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large soup pot. Add 1 cup water with tomato paste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer until vegetables are soft or all day! Enjoy
