Rhubarb Oatie crumble

Ingredients
Stewed Rhubarb400g Rhubarb50g Sugar2 tblsp waterCrumble100g Plain flour100g Giant Oat Flakes50g Sugar50g Butter
Directions
Clean and chop the Rhubarb into 1" pieces. Place in a saucepan with the water and sugar and cook until softened, transfer into ovenproof dish.
MAke the crumble by rubbing the fat into the dry ingredients until the mix resembles breadcrumbs. Spread half the crumble mixture over the rhubarb and bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 25 mins spread the remaining crubble mixture on tope and bake for a further 20 mins or until browned. Serve with custard.
