1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt1 medium size fresh peach2 tsp. honey or other sweetner1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds2 tsp. flaxseeds1 cup of ice
Drop ingredients in blender in order of recipe. Blend on low and increase to high quickly. Blend until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy. Makes one serving
