Crockpot Chicken soup 10-07

Ingredients
Directions
4 medium potatoes diced 1/2 onion diced1/4 c grated carrot 1 clove garlic minced1 can yellow sweet corn3 chicken breasts 6 cups low sodium chicken stock 1 tbsp italian seasoning
Layer potatoes, onion, carrot, garlic and corn in crock pot.
lay chicken breasts on top
pour chicken stock over it all until you are within 2 inches of the top, then stop even if stock left over.(if any stock is left over add to the soup after cooking)
cook on high for 3 hours
take chicken breasts out, shred with fork and put back in
cook on low 1 hour
check potatoes to make sure done, cook longer on low until they are soft if needed.
