MK Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrot1 apple, shredded1/4 cup tofu mayonnaise (not included in nutritional info since a separate recipe)1 tsp celery seed (optional)
Directions
Makes 4 servings. Needs MK Tofu Mayo recipe.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cabbage and carrot. Add the tofu mayonnaise and celery seed, if you use it, and stir gently to mix well.
