MK Tofu Mayo

Ingredients
1 cup tofu, regular or silken, drained 2 tsp cider vinegar 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp agave syrop1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil preferably 1 tsp herb blend
Directions
In a blender, mix together everything except olive oil. Once well blended, and while continuously blending, add olive oil in a small stream until emulsified.
