Sally's Chicken Noodles Soup

Ingredients
1-2 lbs chicken breast, 1 1/2 salt, pepper to taste, 6 cups chicken broth, 1 c celery, 1 c onion, 1 c carrots, 1-2 chicken bouillon, 1 tsp parsley, 1/2 basil, 1 bay leaf, 1 - 1 1/2 c fine noodles.
Directions
Cover chicken in water and simmer for 1 hour. Remove chicken from bones, skim fat and use some of this water if needed. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 1 - 2 hours. Makes 6-8 1-cups servings.
