Braised Pork Steak and Veggies

Ingredients
1 lb. cubed pork steaks1 onion, sliced2 T flour1 cup diced tomatoes, italian style1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup sliced carrots1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
Brown Steaks in skillet on med. heat about 2 min. per side. Remove steaks. Spray skillet and add onions. Saute 5 min. Add flour and stir until flour is light brown. Add pork and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 min.
