1 medium onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced8 oz turkey kielbasa sliced4 C chicken broth1 medium potato4 C chopped kale
Spary soup pot with cooking spray. Heat over medium and add onion and garlic. Saute until softened. Add turkey and cook through.
Pour in broth. Use a cheese grater, and grate the potato into the soup. Over and reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in kale and cook another 12 minutes until softened. Season with pepper and hot pepper sauce if desired.
