Ingredients
1 6 0z chicken breast cut up2 T butter1/2c.sweet red pepper cut up1c. onion cut up1c fresh mushrooms cut up2 T flour2 c milk 2% milk1/4 cup grated italian cheese
Directions
melt butter in frying pan or wok; add chicken and saute till done. Add cut up vegetable cook for 5 min then add flour. mix together to make a gravy cook till thickened ; then add cheese add to pasta (pasta not in the calorie count)
