Crispy Parmesan Chicken Strips

1 1/2 cups oat bran1/2 cup grated parmesan1 tsp dried parsley1/4 tsp garlic salt2 egg whites 1 tbsp water1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in. strips
1. Preheat oven to 450. In a medium bowl, combine oat bran, cheese, parsley, and garlic salt. Whisk egg whites and water in a small bowl. Dip each chicken strip into egg mixture and then into oat mixture, coating evenly.
2. Arrange strips in a single layer on a cooking sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes.
