Crustless Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
* Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 16 oz * Mozzarella Cheese, grated, 8 oz * Potato, grated, 3 medium * Egg, fresh, 6 large * Garlic powder, 1 tsp * Onion powder, 1 tsp * Chives, 1 tbsp chopped * Hormel Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp
Directions
Makes 8 slices.

Grate the potatoes and cheese into a bowl (or add to bowl if already grated). Mix in all other ingredients. Add to taste: seasoned salt and black pepper.

Pour into greased (pan spray) deep dish pie plate.

Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes.
