Fancy Black Beans

Ingredients
1 can SW Caribbean Black Bean blend1 can drained and rinsed black beans1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis1 med. chopped sweet onion 1 Tbls canola oil
Directions
Empty cans of beans and tomatoes into a small crockpot.
Sautee chopped onions in skillet over med heat until translucent. add spices to taste (I have used chili powder and garlic). Transfer to crockpot.
Throughly mix onions into beans and tomatoes. Let simmer in crockpot on low for 2-4 hours.
Can be heated on the stove as well.
