Easiest Crockpot Roast Beef

Ingredients
3 lb chuck roast1 medium onion, chopped1 large green pepper, cut in strips1 - 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom soup, fat free1 envelope dry onion soup mix1 T worcestershire sauce1/2 cup water 1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped fine
Directions
Place 1/2 of onions and peppers on bottom of crockpot. Cut roast into quarters and place on onions. Top roast with remaining onions and peppers. Combine mushroom soup, dry soup mix, worchester sauce, water, and rosemary. Pour over roast and stir gently to come. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over potatoes or whole wheat pasta.

Note: Sauce can be thickened with a flour/water slurry, if desired.
