*Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving Onions, raw, 1 largeRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee the oinions and spices in oil, add the tomatoes and cook with some salt and cayenne pepper. Finally add the rinsed and drained beans. simmer.
