Fat Free Pumpkin Spice Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups flour1/2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 cup sugar1/2cup splenda1 1/2 cup egg substitute2 cups canned pumpkin2/3 cup liquid butter substitute3 tbsp light corn syrup1 cup raisins not packed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until blended. Pour into two 8x5 loaf pans that have been coated with non stick spray. Bake at 305 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
Makes 2 loaves. Each loaf 8 slices.
