Roasted Pepper Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
In Cooking light book2 tsp lemon peel1 tsp rosemary1 tsp olive oil1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp black pepper.25 tsp salt2 cloves of garlic1 lb flank steak2 red bell peppers3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese1 tbsp lemon juice1 clove garlic8 slices french bread
Directions
mix first seven ingredients in a small bowl. Add rub to steak and let sit 10 minutes.

grill for 8 minutes each side or until desired heat. Take off grill and let sit for 10 minutes. (I wrapped in tin foil so it didn't loose moisture - very juicy!) Cut when ready to serve.

Cut peppers in half horizontally, flatten with hand grill for roughly 12 minutes skin side down until black. Put in zip block bag, close and let sit for 10 minutes. Peel off black skin and cut into strips.

For mayonnaise mix Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic and add to one piece of bread.

Assemble steak on bottom, peppers and then mayo mix. Enjoy!

Serve with veggies chips or regular chips for common non-dieting crowd(kettled cook Lays were awesome with it).
