Fiber Bars - no bake

7 oz marshmallow creme, 4 oz white chocolate chips, 3 C Fiber One, 1.5 C wheat bran, 2 C quick cook oatmeal, 2 t vanilla, 1.3 C nonfat dry milk powder, 0.5 Csucralose, 0.5 C water
Stir milk powder & water until paste. Microwave on high for 45 seconds until hot but not boiling. Stir in sucralose. Cover & store in refrigerator. Chill at least 2 hours.
Over medium heat combine milk mixture [sweetened condensed milk substitute] & marshmallow creme, Stir in chips & mix until melted. Add vanilla & dry ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spray 11" x 15" pan, spread mixture on pan with wet hands. Pat evenly but firmly. Cut into 24 bars.
