Smoked Breakfast casserole

Ingredients
2/3 lb cooked Sausage, 3 slices of bacon, 1lb Hash Brown Potatoes O'Brien, 6 Eggs, 2 slices swiss cheese, 1/4 cup shredded ParmesanSeasonings used: dry mustard and ground black pepper.
Directions

Mix meat, hash browns, and scrambled eggs together and place in a 9x13 smoker safe container. Spread cheese over top and cook uncovered for ~1 hour at around 300 degrees.

smoking the meat prior to cooking adds that extra kick, plus allows the cook to taste some smoked bacon, just to make sure it's ready.
